    As a nurse and healthcare consultant, I encourage your review of this fascinating MRI RCA. I feel that this is important information for healthcare providers as well as patients. The presenters Toby Gilk and Bob Latino provide an in depth review of this fatal event and lessons to learn. I am now listening with even more interest as a patient since I am going to be have yet another MRI myself.
