    Who Is Courtney Wood?

    And why is she on my electronic medical record? Today I logged in for the first time with my Primary Care Provider 's(PCP) office electronic record on me. It offers a wealth of information on my health status and tests for each of my biannual visits. I can track my weight, BP readings, pulse and tests results from each visit. There is even a point where they can put my smiling face photo on their record. I can pay my copays online and soon can make an appointment onlne as well. But when I came to the section about who my provider could notify of my health status up pops "Courtney Wood" with her cellphone number. I don't know who Courtney Wood is. Why is she on there?????
