    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CarlaGarcia created a political cartoon of presidential candidate Mitt Romney. She says she drew the cartoon in a humorous light after Romney's recent statements about the 47% came into light. 'I’m trying to get across the fact that Mitt Romney will close his eyes to the problems of the average American,” she said. “He won’t listen to their problems, and when he is asked to speak on issues that face the nation, either he will flip-flop on his stance, keep his mouth shut, or spew inhumane statements,' she said.
