California Dentist Suing To Get Obama Off Ballot
Orly Taitz is a dentist and lawyer in California. She has an Oct. 3 hearing in Kansas on her birther lawsuit. Her lawsuit seeks to keep President Barack Obama off of the Kansas ballot because of what she says are questions about his U.S. citizenship. She is also filing lawsuits in other states.
Now I believe she has every right to use her own money to sue these states. However, she is taking donations from people to fund her trips to these states for hearings. What is this money being used for? Does this money fall under campaign finance laws? Taking money from others to pay for your flights, hotels and possibly entertainment and food should be illegal. She is campaigning for Mitt Romney by doing these actions. Does she keep all receipts so that she can show what the money she has taken from these people actually went to?
I wouldn't care if she were Republican or Democratic. She is using other people's money for her own agenda. An agenda that Kansas state didn't ask for and doesn't want.
