Space Shuttle Endeavour arrives at LAX
The retired space shuttle, Endeavour, left Edwards Air Force Base this morning and took a leisurely stroll up and down the State of California heading up to San Francisco, then back down to Orange County and eventually arriving a little after noon.
I headed over to El Segundo, which borders the runway at LAX and found the best location I could, Unfortunately, I did not get there until 10:00 AM so there was quite a crowd by the time I got there.
I dealt with buildings, trees, utility poles and lines as well as semi-trailers that all seemed to conspire against me, but I got a few shots; close to 300 to b more precise.
I will have all the photos up on GotBaddog.com a little later.
