Romney's Greed? 2011 Tax return. I have another question. lol

    From NEW YORK (CNNMoney):
" Mitt Romney made $13.7 million last year and paid $1.94 million in federal income taxes, giving him an effective tax rate of 14.1%, his campaign said Friday."

So the Romney's pay much less in taxes then the average American.

Do you believe they do this out of greed?

Is it fair for the rest of the country that they pay so much less then others?

There is also this statement from the same article:
"The couple gave just over $4 million to charity."

This means that around 30% of his income goes to charity.

    My main question is:
If these two figures were reversed, would that make everyone happy?

If he paid $4 million in taxes, a 30% tax rate, and the $1.94 million went to charity, would that make a difference?

Before you jump to conclusions, remember the amount of money the Romney's would pocket would remain the same.

Where does greed end and giving begin?
