    Endeavour's Disneyland Fly Over

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     MelissaF told me, 'It is the last shuttle in the NASA program. I was alive and saw on TV the first flight, so it only made sense to see the Endeavour since it was NASA's last. This was my first time seeing the shuttle before. I look forward to seeing it close up as soon as possible at the California Science museum.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

About 12:20 pm pst., the Endeavour being piggybacked on a 747 and accompanied by two fighter planes made it's final landmark passover at none the less, Disneyland.

The happiest place on earth was at the top of Mickey and Friends parking structure where at least 1000 people were waiting, some for hours in the 90 degree heat.

The crowd was surprised when they all saw the shuttle coming straight at and then over them. It was amazing and happened so quickly.

My mother-in-law was not a willing participant at first because she has a bad knee, but I was able to get us prim o parking and quickly to the top of the structure. I have to thank the lady who gave me an ice cold Coke because it quickly made my mother-in-law very happy. So much so, my mother-in-law thanked me afterwards for taking her and seeing history in the making.

Need less to say the traffic was horrible getting out, but so worth it after having the best view of the shuttle in the Southland.
