Let's face the facts. The top one percent have 80-90% of the total wealth of America, probably smarter than most of us, pay about half the taxes already however,we have wars on all fronts, Most corporations have done away with pensions and, a big part of this countries industrial base is in China now. keeping this in mind, I am looking at a man who pays a lower effective tax rate than I do. I make about 120k per year.What does this mean?It means either we are all being handed a bill of goods on the threat of the deficit or this government is under the control of people who don't really care about other people and have seriously violated there oath office to protect the constitution. I am looking at a man who has so much money he does not know what to do with it while at the same time suggesting this nation cannot afford a Social Security and Medicare system for the rest of us. Doesn't sound like democracy to me. I HOPE YOUR 47% SPEECH WAS JUST AN ACT FOR RICH IDIOTS HOWEVER, THIS COUNTRY CANNOT PAY ITS BILLS ON 14% FEDERAL INCOME TAX FOR YOU AND YOU ARE LEAVING THE REST OF US AVERAGE PEOPLE SCREWED.
