    Hot Springs Hot Air Balloon Festival

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Courtney Bilbrey attended the Hot Springs Hot Air Balloon Festival in Arizona on September 22. She says it was a unique outdoor event and over the weekend balloons from all over the country were tethered to the ground for the festival. 'We love this family event,' she said. 'We were able to take our two month old, and she loved checking out the bright balloons and all of the people.'
