    Karachi U.S consulate under attack

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter Mohsin captured these stark images of angry protesters in the Pakistani city of Karachi who were marching against a controversial U.S. anti-Islam film last Friday. The protesters were trying to reach the city's US consulate but were barred by security forces. "The atmosphere was like a battlefield, where so many ambulances were present to shift the wounded immediately to the hospital," he said. "During the rallies ... many cinemas, resturants, banks and government vehicles were set ablaze. I think that violent protests are not the solution."
    - sarahbrowngb, CNN iReport producer

Atleast 20 people have been killed while several others injured since the beginning of the violent protests by the angry mob from different religious parties tried to attack U.S consulate in Karachi on the blasphemous movie issue.
