    Katarina Cvitkovic Collection at PLITZS New York City Fashion Week

    Katarina is the winner of the Young Designer competion held on the last night of the Europe Future Fashion Showcase. Judges voted the style, cut and performance of her collection the best among eleven others showcased. Katarina gained experience in the fashion world working for the fashion house of Marni and Giancesare Conca, where she worked as the assistant creative director. She has participated in various competitions such as Heyers (France) and Textile Design (Zagreb ) where she won third place with the topic of collection "Op Art". Also the school exhibited their works at various group exhibitions. The European Future Fashion presented her first solo collection called: "2,000 miles under the See". Inspired by Disney's film of 1954. The designer investigates what is hidden in the infinite realm of the ocean, and the impact left by the coral gardens and unique colors and shapes. Katarina will travel from Europe to New York City to show her collection in the states for the very first time during PLITZS New York City Fashion Week.
