Hi i am 22 year old girl living in the capital of srilanka..as many of you all are aware of there is daily massacres happening in syria...everytime i used to surf the net i used to come across so much of pictures and sufferings of the civilians of syria..my conscience started eating me up..while had almost all my needs and luxuries even..our brothers are being killed,sisters are being raped and killed and children are being assaulted and killed..each day the death toll rises at an alarming speed..another video in youtube showed a woman requesting people "if you cant come to help us atleast send us contraceptive pills"..so one early morning few weeks ago..i decided i needed to do something to raise awareness first in my country..so i started my facebook page 'we stand to SAVE syria with love SRILANKA' my aim is to first start in my country try and raise aid and spread awareness..surely my page is getting audience slowly..but i want to try my level best to do something for the syrian people...if people around the world stand up for the brotherhood of each other and raise awareness not only for syria but to all the countries who need it..our world could become a better world..how many days are we going to live in unrest..??how many days can we bear the death of people who deserve to live..??you dont need to raise millions in aid, u just need to make people aware and understand the pain of the people who are suffering..we should owe this much atleast to each other..will this generation stand up to make difference??its uncertain but i am hoping so..!!
