    Republican lawmaker quits.

    State Rep Mike Horner who is married has quit due to racketeering and prostitution.He has not been charged yet but his name is on the client's list. At least he's man enough to quit not like David Vitter.

    I deeply regret decisions I made that are causing my family unjustifiable pain and embarrassment,” Horner explained in a statement on Monday. “While current press accounts from this morning are erroneous, my family still deserves better from me, as do all my friends, supporters and constituents.
