    My Nightly Stroll in Battery Park

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jcshao usually takes an evening walk after dinner and decided this time to bring her camera. She says seeing the One World Trade Center near its completion of construction gives her a sense of hope. 'I love walking slowly along the river bank and seeing people admiring the scene with me - the flickering lights of Jersey across the Hudson, listening to the splash of the waves, the smell of fresh air (it smells like fresh sea breeze), and the ferries cruising by lazily,' she writes.

    I like to take a stroll after dinner every night to help me digest. Oftentimes I end up in Battery Park. The magnificent views of the Hudson River, New Jersey, and One World Trade Center never get old.
