Delta has the WORST customer service I have ever delt with! Just listen to this story and you tell me who is in the wrong here.

So let's begin, I picked my seats ahead of time when I purchased my tickets for a trip from NY to CA and I had 2 layovers for a total of 3 planes during this trip.

Well, after the first flight I boarded the second plane with the tickets that I was given at the counter prior to departure and as I began walking down the aisle of the plane I noticed that the further back I went, I still couldn't see my seat row. As the back of the plane quickly approached, my stomach dropped as I began to realize that my row was the LAST ROW IN THE PLANE!! Now if this was a short flight, I wouldn't be as concerned, but from Atlanta to Salt Lake City is a significant distance! Not only do the back seats not recline, but the air conditioning didn't work and I couldn't use my iPod as it was so loud back there that I couldn't hear anything.

After this flight turned out miserably, I finished my layover and went to board my third and final plane from Salt Lake City to Sacramento, California. As I walked down the aisle of the plane, I once again realized that my seats had been moved to the very last seats and once again, they didn't recline, or have working AC and it was so loud that I had to yell just to address the flight attendant.

Delta was of no help and in fact they basically told me to go screw myself because it happens and they don't care.

Well I'm here to say SCREW YOU DELTA, I will NEVER fly with you again and I wrote this report to encourage others to join me.
