    Italy, wake up!

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter MartiLuna from Italy says she would pay higher taxes if people who earned more also paid theirs. "It is a plague in Italy and getting worse every day," she said. She would also like the taxes to go towards improving education. "I would be pleased to pay more taxes for our school system, which used to be one of the best in the world," she said. Our iReporter says she can understand US anger over proposed government tax raises because "maybe they do not 100% trust their politicians, which is something I understand!"
