In the Year 1955, who knew that there was a birth of a person, who is going to make technological revolution in his life. The World was not much Technological advanced during late 60s, and no one was expecting such type of revolution, which will bring world to the hands.

He was the man who deserve the Honor, He was the man who made a benchmark for new generation to work hard and achieve what you can. The man is no other then STEVE JOBS, Co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Apple Inc...

He has achieved lot of landmarks in Computer Technology, and the launch Apple iPhone 4S was the final launch of his life, after which this Great man as diagnosed with cancer in 2003 left us after 8 years of fight against this deadly disease.

The base of any organization is lies on the good management where every employee start developing the same feeling for organizational development as employer perceive.

I would like to salute STEVE JOBS for his management skills and leadership quality, which work even better after his death as the employees is in an effort to give tribute to this great man.

Now come on the analysis:
Just before his death company post EPS in September,2011 of $ 7.05, but in next quarter ended in December, 2011 company reported EPS of $ 13.87, and $ 12.30 and $ 9.32 March and June, 2012 respectively.

This would reflect the good strategic planning alone with employees' sincerity towards the development of organization.
