    A New Generation in China

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Before making his way to Western Mongolia, konacraig captured these photos on September 29, of National Day in China. "The atmosphere is festive with families of all generations going out and seeing the sights," he says. " The day was perfect. The air was clear, no smog and a slight feel of autumn. Everyone appeared to be having a great time, having no cares in the world, taking photos of eachother and being with their friends and children."

    A spent several hours photographing children in Tienanmen Square as the country celebrated National Day. It made me think, these children are the future. I was in China 35 years ago. What a change and what a bright future to look forward to.
