Hi The New York State office of children and Family services, and New York City Administration for children's services conduct and hearing , been scheduled, to pursuant to the request by the Appellant, by notice dated May 14, 2008, hand delivered to signed by Wr. Wright which did not receive in the mail. The Agency having appeared by its representative, Ruth Yashpan, from New York City Administration for children's services for said , on February 10, 2009 which Mr. Wright had move from his old Apartment.to the homeless services,  Mr. Wright with out knowing. or further notes. A.C.S filed a neglect case on his childern or daughter, that contains sexually Abused againsts his daughter. Whether the Court erred in finding that Randolph Wirght sexually abused Pricilla his daughter when it was not established by a prepoinderance of the evidence.March 24, 2008.
