    Save Bakassi campaign

Yesterday,in Port harcourt, Nigeria, several people took to the streets during the heavy downpour that lasted for four hours in a peaceful protest organized bt the National association of seadogs, worldwide. They were of the view that Nigerian Government should appeal on the judgement that ceded the Bakassi pennisula to Cameroun. Citing that these are indigenous Nigerians now displaced like in Somalia and Dafur. The rain also protested by pouring heavily but these men persisted and continued the march for several hours in the rain, giving out fliers and other information materials to the people. This program was carried out nationwide. From: Joe Enobong, reporting from Nigeria Sent from my BlackBerry wireless device from MTN
