    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     nochiphop captured this video while on the way to a store in his neighborhood. He says the mood of those on the ground watching the fire was disbelief and wonder. 'I couldn't believe it was happening, then my heart fell to see that all those people were losing their homes and belongings and I wanted to help somehow. I asked if everyone was out of the building safely, but felt kind of helpless otherwise,' he says. 'I prayed for them.'

    I was leaving my house to go to the store and noticed a huge smoke cloud a few streets up. I followed the smoke and found a massive fire consuming the Apartments over that way. Fire Dept was there battling the flames.
