Final presidential debate: Unanswered questions |
Trust
So, Gov Romney. Given the precedent set forth by your father, as well as argued by yourself to Ted Kennedy when running for governor...a large number of tax years should be released to the public. There are many Youtube videos of you stating this. Why the double standard? How can we trust you when you're not even consistent on this matter?
Additionally, you have said that you are unqualified to be president if you paid any cent more than was legally required. Yet, this year you decided to pay more than optimal, just to ensure you made the 13% lower limit you stated. Again, this seems to be sneaky and untrustworthy.
You have also held numerous different positions, within a matter of days, flip-flopping constantly depending on your audience.
How can anybody trust you when your statements lack consistency and are often hypocritical?
