    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter zamsha captured this video of jubiliant opposition voters waving flags and honking car horns by Freedom Square in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, on Monday evening, as early parliamentary election results indicated their "Georgian Dream" alliance, led by billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili, had pulled ahead of President Mikheil Saakashvili's United National Movement party. "I voted for Saakashvili as many things have changed since he came to power, we are more stable and peaceful than before," said our iReporter. The remainder of votes are expected to be counted today.
