    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     alphamalex captured this beautiful image of a heron flying over a lake at sunset in Lexington, Kentucky. He says most days he stops at the park for a few minutes on the way home from work, and calls the heron is his photographic 'nemesis'. 'He always stays away from me. Especially when he sees me with my long white lens, he always flies off to the opposite bank. It was a nice warm afternoon when I went looking for him. He saw me and immediately started off towards the far shore. Luckily the focus locked pretty good on him and I was able to squeeze off 4-5 shots.'

    On the way home after a rather hectic day .. somewhere in Lexington, KY
