North Carolina A&T State University Band - The Jungle Show
The North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University “Blue and Gold Marching Machine” plays The Jungle Show.
Disclaimer: The band pays ASCAP fees and there is never any copyright infringement intended. These performances are for edutainment only.
The show was performed at halftime in Greensboro, NC at the game against Morgan State University. Songs include “Circle of Life,” “Jungle Love,” "Welcome to the Jungle,” “Jungle Boogie,” and "The King’s Motorcade." Songs were arranged by yours truly (Thomas L. Jones, Jr.) and Mr. Aaron Campbell, and the band is under the guidance and direction of Dr. Kenneth G. Ruff, Director of Bands.
Additional notes: For some reason, the house PA system started playing music in the middle of the drill...but whatever...also, to all of you that have wondered how a flugelhorn sounds on the field, one of the section members was so generous as to grace us with a solo. -__-
The BGMM will be traveling to NYC for the 2012 Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, and we need your help to get there. Call (336) 334-7776 for more information on how to support the band or even become a member.
