The First Lady has Rally on The First Day of Ohio Early Voting

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     gregreesehd captured these images of First Lady Michelle Obama speaking at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, on October 2. He attended the rally to see the First Lady in person and hear the message she had for Ohio voters, one of the battleground states in presidential election campaigns. He described the First Lady as a powerful speaker and great communicator. 'I needed to update my address for voting and I had been putting it off for a while. After leaving the rally, I drove five blocks over and did it immediately,' he said.
    - Jamescia, CNN iReport producer

First Lady Obama held a rally in Cincinnati, October 2, 2012 which was also the first day that Ohio registered voters could cast their ballots!

Thousands of excited Obama supporters gathered in the downtown convention center to hear her speak! The reactions from the crowd showed that they were fired up about her visit.

With less then 35 days until the 2012 election, the battleground state of Ohio will be a place of strong campaigning. The first lady said in 2008 President Obama won this state by a small amount, less that 270,000 votes, which she broke down to about 24 votes per Ohio precinct.
