    Steve Jobs Taught Me the Value of Passion

    Steve Jobs knew what he wanted while he was the CEO of Apple. He knew how to get a desired product, and was unstoppable in his quest for perfection. What he has taught me is that if you want something from a creative team, you need to have the passion to get it done. If it means being a jerk to your employees and squandering other people's creative interests, then only your passion will push you and your team to the end.
