CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JVHill says last night's presidential debate was informative and insightful. He says he walked away from it knowing Romney won because of the presidential candidate's sincerity, and because of Romney's tactic of going back to his statements when President Obama tried to turn them around. 'He was prepared, and knew his topics and did his homework,' he said. He says the large amounts of people saying Romney won the debate also makes a major statement. If he could ask the presidental candidiates anything he says he would ask: 'Would you have the same health care plan as we have? If not, are you and your family better than we are?' He says last night's debate also confirmed that 'without his telepromoter, Obama is lost.'
