    Final presidential debate: Unanswered questions

    Who will eat humble pie?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     unBroken1 says Gov. Romney 'was basically counted out already by a good majority of the main stream media. In one night he changed that.' She planned to vote for Romney before Wednesday's debate but now has 'much more confidence in his ability to project his visions and goals for our country.'

I can't sleep and keep thinking about the debate tonight.

I've come to what will probably be an unpopular conclusion as to why President Obama lost to Gov. Romney in the debate.

Not only did Pres. Obama misjudge Gov. Romney's capability to debate, but there is one area that it seems Pres. Obama made a major miscalculation about Gov. Romney.

    His intelligence!

Yes President Obama is obviously highly intelligent, considering he graduated with honors from Harvard Law.
He's so smart, it seems he can't help but need to educate those around him. It's well documented how the President has this tendency to lecture.
IMHO...It's why he made many enemies when he first took office.

No one likes the "Know it all".

But Mitt Romney also graduated from Harvard Law with honors. As well as a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

I think President Obama has never had to face off with someone truly as exceptionally brilliant as he is.
    And it threw him.

I know many of the President's supporters believe Romney is this corrupt businessman who is just trying to add another notch to his belt.
And they, like the President, tended to believe that Romney isn't nearly as smart as President.

I guess today they will have to eat humble pie.
Whether they learn and rebound is yet to be seen.
But I doubt they'll underestimate the Governor again.
