    Surging gas prices

    More from kqsurfkc

How can we afford the gas prices?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     kqsurfkc told me, 'Spiked prices like this mean I have to stay home, I can't go anywhere. I have to go groceries shopping once every two weeks, meaning I will not always have fresh food, veggies or fruit on the table.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

GAS PRICES IN CALIFORNIA ARE astronomical! Tonight in Huntington Beach 76 Station offer fuel, Plus for $4.39 per gallon. I was told by morning will be about .10 cents more maybe even a .60 cents.

We need to do something about this. But what? I have two cars one that I use and the second is for my roommate who has to go to work and don’t have a car so he is using mine. But he also can’t afford to buy gas. So I am buying for him, hoping soon he will pay back. To fill it up both cars (One Suburban Truck and One BMW Sedan), I spent tonight $265.00, I want to fill tehm up just in case the gas prices hit the skies $7.00 per gallon tomorrow or there will be no more gas at the stations, as it is happening now around the California already.

Gasmargedon! Is here. (That’s y invention of the word “Gasmargedon”

Folks, either we stop driving all together, or we must do something. Like march for lower gas prices or boycott even gas station on the weekend. Do not drive cars on the weekend. I don’t drive my cars on the weekend I walk to the beach.

You know Europe has such a wonderful Public Transportation that you don’t really need a car. So since we are on the cars subject, I am all for the Train in California. I mean common did we have to wait 50 years? For the train?

The gas prices - It's a total rip-off! Criminal intent! Of making people go broke and bankrupt. You can't even suit anyone for that.

Either the State or the Feds should get on the gas prices. I know, you say well you want to live in California so you pay what you get. I get that. But that does not mean we have to be punished to live here.
MR. President what can you do about the Gas Prices in California? Anyone?

    That was my last word.

    C.K.
