Questions for Ryan and Biden Regarding Syria and Iran
I’m from the Philippines and I’m an advocate of human rights, civil liberties, racial equality, environmentalism, freedom from nuclear weapons and other good causes. I’m a cause-oriented blogger who knows well that the coming US presidential election would impact the whole world. I’m concerned with what’s happening in Syria right now since the UN Organization has not yet made a strong stance to stop the atrocities of the Assad regime against the Syrian people. I’m also worried that Iran might acquire nuclear weapons within a year since its government has been playing a cat-and-mouse game about its nuclear program.
As a “foreign spectator” of the ongoing presidential campaigns of Romney and Obama, I’m quite interested about the opinions of Mr. Ryan and Mr. Biden on how the US should deal with Syria and Iran. I’m addressing these 2 questions to both Ryan and Biden. These are my questions:“Mr. Ryan and Mr. Biden, what should the US do in order to help the people of Syria attain freedom? Since Iran has been playing a cat-and-mouse game about its nuclear program and its support of the Assad regime in Syria, what do you think should be the US Government’s strategy in dealing with Iran right now?”
