This iReport is part of an assignment:
Surging gas prices |
Highest Ever Gas Prices in California
- Jareen, CNN iReport producer
At an average of $4.61 per gallon, gas in California is now more expensive than it's ever been and expected to skyrocket even more. The extreme is $5.16 per gallon in Coronado and could reach $6.
I spoke with San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, Council District 3 Todd Gloria, Jill Seiger (San Diego resident) , Kelly Habrus (UCSD student), Mario Rosa (San Diego resident) and Patrick Schultz (Coronado resident) about the California gas crisis.
