    David Blaine Electrified

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PatrycjaNews captured images of one million volts of electricity running through illusionist David Blaine's body. She found out about the event in a local newspaper and was curious to see the illusionist's latest stunt.

    “The show was interesting but at the same time the music was over whelming to me. It was kind of ‘electrified’,” she says. “I spent only a short amount of time at the show. I don't think anybody would stay and watch for to long. But it was nice experience and something different to see over the weekend.”

    The magician David Blaine showed a stunt in NYC Pier 54 where he took to a 20ft-high podium and where he was surrounded by one million volts of electric current.

    The 39-year-old remained on the platform for 72 hours with the electricity passing around his chainmail suit and wire helmet.

    The stunt was called Electrified: One Million Volts Always On.
