    October 7th, 2012, the country was celebrating the 60th birthday of Vladimir Putin. The people remembered the murdered journalist Anna Politkovskaya, walked the streets of Moscow distributing brochures on Putin's "achievements", brought gifts to the Monument of the Plevna Battle Heroes, and by the end of the day hanged a banner in the city center, proving the love of people to the president.
