CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ENGHELBERG says it was a civic election day in New Orleans. It´s something new for that city because a lot of people went to vote and they were identified with a hat, flag or something else. New Orleans was surprised by that because not everyone knew what was happening. There were hundreds of buses that went from Miami to New Orleans, the people voted and went back to Miami. I think the expenses of the trip to go to vote could be around 600 dollars per person. The lines were more than a mile long.
