    THE GRASSES ALSO ARE COLORFUL in AUTUMN

    In this creek bed outside Anchorage, Alaska, I came across some wild grasses also turning a vibrant shade of autumn colors. Where once lushly green in the heights of summer, the grass now prepares itself for the inevitable coming cold of winter.
