    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     adriana71, an Obama supporter, told me, 'Governor Romney's advisers on foreign policy seem to have little understanding on today's global realities and also no knowledge or understanding of world history particularly in the Middle East. This speech will be spliced and made into ads furthering the idea that Governor Romney is weak on foreign policy.'
