Ridiculous from expedia. co.uk
I had been shown 51 room rate while booking through expedia.co.uk but the moment I hit confirm, they deducted 101. When I contacted help centre, few clueless & careless representatives (most probably outsourced service center) replied that their rates are dynamic. Isn't this the shear exploitation of customers? Didn't I have the right to know the final amount before any final charge? what is the definition of dynamic as there was absolutely no delay in booking & confirmation phase? I'm feeling used & abused. May be this is the real success story of Expedia.
