    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter Prachi Soni, originally from India but now living in the US, says she is "all about girl power", hence her image encouraging girls to be independent, strong and hardworking. "Girls' education makes a lot of difference in one's life," she says. "It starts small and the rippling effects goes for miles. It makes them more independent, helps them make educated decisions and think effectively."

    To create a formidable force that can lead its way when required, follow when needed and sustain when have to.
    It’s just wanted everywhere at work, at home and on the battle ground. A force that is independent, strong, hardworking and everything an educated female is.
