    Proud Parents of a Soldier!

    Our son, SPC.Derek Goodman, recently returned from being stationed in Ghazni, Afghanistan. SPC Goodman is a member of the 82nd Airborne, 1/504 PIR Battalion, Delta Company at Fort Bragg, NC. We his parents, Doug Goodman of Piseco, NY and I, Paula Thurston of Waterville are very proud of Derek. He is an outstanding soldier and we are so happy to have him home safely. We love you Derek! HOOAH!
