Reports have it that the Vice Chancellor of University of  Port Harcourt ( UNIPORT ), Professor Joseph Ajienka has confirmed the studentship of three of the victims of the  Aluu  killings; Chidiaka,Ugonna, and Lloyd at a news conference in  Port Harcourt . Tekena’s name seem to be missing from school records as the  VC  said he is yet to be properly identified. Tekena Elkanah was believed to be a 2nd year student of Computer Science in the school. Speaking to reporters during  the news  conference, Prof Ajienka said the incident took place in the morning of October 5. He also said the university had declared seven days mourning with effect from October 8, while the annual students’ week scheduled to commence on the same day had been postponed indefinitely.
