What if tragedy strikes?
If I could ask a question at the VP debate, it would be the following...
You are both running for a position that makes you one tragic moment away from becoming the President of the United States, but we only talk about the policies put forth by your running mates. By voting for either candidate, we are also voting on who should be a heartbeat away from the job, and thus we should know something about where an administration led by each of you would lead.
What is most significant and specific difference that you would anticipate between the direction of an administration led by your running mate versus one led by you, if such a tragic event did occur?
