    A Jump For Joy

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     From Europe to Asia, clickinmark has traveled around the world jumping for joy in every photo. Having started the tradition when he was vacationing on the eastern shore of Oahu on Lanikai Beach with his friend, he says they wanted to take a photo to express their level of happiness at the moment and that the fun pose has stuck ever since. "It's exciting to add each new photo to the album. I'm up to over 50 photos from around the globe now," he says. "Once I hit 100 Jump for Joy photos I hope to publish the album into a photo book. Hopefully it will serve as an inspiration to my friends and family to get out and see more of the world we live in."

Still marveling at all the places that he has been to, he shares that perhaps one of the most personal "jumping for joy" moments he has expereinced is when he went to the Eastern Social Welfare orphanage in Seoul, Korea. "It's the place where I spent the first eight months of my life," he shares. Keeping count, he says he had not returned to South Korea for 29 years, 8 months and 15 days. "That day I had learned my birth mother and father's name for the very first time. I learned of their hobbies, occupations, ages, and hometowns," he says. "It was information about my past that was unknown to me. This was an occasion that certainly deserved a jump for joy."
    - Anika3, CNN iReport producer

I have traveled to 25 countries and all 50 states. Somewhere along my 31 year journey I picked up a lifelong friend name Jess. She and I were on Lanikai Beach on Oahu's Eastern shore and we decided to jump for joy... and a Heel Click was born. 51 photos and countless epic places later, my "heel click" album is taking shape. My journey has taken me to the Eiffel Tower to the top of Pikes Peak; from the Alamo to Big Ben; 800 miles away from the North Pole in Thule, Greenland to the Louvre and a few feet away from the Mona Lisa; you'll see a jump for joy with the sunrise over Lisbon, Portugal and the Seoul night sky lit up by the Seoul Tower...  it has been a thrill to put this creative masterpiece together all around the world. I picked my favorites for this submission; however there were many I had to leave out: Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait; Sunset over the Strait of Gibraltar; top of the world at Mauna Kea, Hawaii; Glacier National Park; Marienplatz in Munich; Plaza De Toros in Seville, Spain; and in front of the orphanage in Seoul, South Korea where I spent the first 8 months of my life. I hope you enjoy these jumps for joy as much as I have enjoyed putting the album together. Love and Aloha to you my friends - Mark :)
