    i just entered my son's college band in your contest.... I failed to mention that the University of Illinois Marching Illini should be profiled because they are the first college marching band in the country and have many firsts- such as the invention of block letters while marching and too many others to mention.....they're known as John Philip Sousa's favorite band! I know this sounds like a commercial for them, but check out their website- http://bands.illinois.edu/content/MI
