    Biden/Ryan: sequestration "devastating" to our military

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Conservative voter dcgopgirl worries about the 2011 Budget Control Act and its proposed cap on military funds. 'I grew up a Navy brat and have always put national security and our military as a priority,' she said. She appreciates 'just how vital funding is to maintain a global presence, particularly in these unsteady times of wars and riots around the globe.' What would you ask Biden and/or Ryan?

    First, VP Biden: the first round of sequestration cuts are set to go into effect January 2. If they'reas “devastating” as Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta says they are, why did you and President Obama president sign the Budget Control Act into law? And didn't the President do more to stop the Super Committee from failing and allowing this "punishment" to occur?

    Redirect to Ryan: do you think it was a mistake to vote for the Budget Control Act knowing that it includes such "devastating" cuts to the military?
