    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Conservative voter dcgopgirl says, 'We should require our Congress to live by the same standards we live by in our own households -- not spending more than they take in, living in a fiscally responsible manner.' What would you ask Biden and/or Ryan?

    In 2011, at the height of our country's debt crisis there was a Balanced Budget Amendment on the table that because of partisan politics failed to meet a necessary 2/3 majority necessary to pass and become a Constitutional Amendment.

    Now, a year later, our debt has ballooned nearly a trillion and a half dollars to over $16 trillion!

    Going forward, what would you do to bring both sides of the aisle together to find a path forward to fiscal responsibility?
