    Question for Vice President Biden on Legitimate Rape

    Vice President Biden do you agree with Congressmen Ryan and Aikan that their are degrees of rape i.e. 'Legitimate'?  Or the theory that when women are 'legitimately' raped their bodies 'reject' the unwelcome sperm and their wombs become barren and inhospitable to the unwelcome ejaculation?
