    CNN Student News Shoutout Dedications

    Miracle in a Small Town

Katelyne VanMourik, an Evart 2012 graduate, was hit by a car at the end of July. She spent 8 weeks in a coma as the entire town rallied around her family with benefits, donations, and most of all, prayer.

On September 23rd, Kate woke up! Since then, she has been making tremendous progress. We would love to give Katelyne a shoutout to show our continued suport as she keeps working hard in therapy to regain strength she lost.
