CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Out having a drink with friends, JimCA2 captured these photos today on October 11 between 3:45 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. "Without warning the rain came down in buckets and the noise on the tin roof drowned out all the music. The streets surrounding the complex immediately filled up," he says. "The rain lasted about an hour and by 5 a.m. the north end of the street was still flooded while waters had subsided on the south end of the block for people to exit without having to wade through the sewage infested waters."
    - Anika3, CNN iReport producer

The skies opened up with out warning flooding the streets surrounding Phnom Penhs up and coming party zones. Lights coming off of the moto and tuk tuk traffic on the surrounding roads made for some interesting pics. In some instances, jet skis would have been more suitable.
