4 y/o girl murdered by Mom's "live-in"
On Friday September 28, 2012 the Richmond Cty, NC emergency services responded to a call early in the morning to a house in Ellerbe, NC. A four year old child, Reba Lynn Marie Ryan was found dead, beaten to death by her mother's live in boyfriend, Julius Juan Lilly who was at the scene with emergency services and deputies arrived. Her mother Monica Rae Eddins was also at the scene after being called by a co-worker to get to the home quick that Reba wasn't breathing. Lilly had called his cousin and his girlfriend first instead of calling 911. Lilly's words "I guess I whopped her to hard" Since then the mother has given an interview to the Richmond Daily Journal with the title "Mother just wants to know Why."
